Right of withdrawal

You have a 30-day full return right on items purchased from our webshop, provided the packaging is unopened and the product unused, unless otherwise stated.

The withdrawal period begins from the day:

You receive the order.
You receive the last item in physical possession in the case of an order consisting of multiple items delivered separately.
You receive the last batch or part in physical possession in the case of delivery of goods in several lots/parts.
You receive the first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specific period.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You must notify us of your wish to return the order/product(s) within 30 days of purchase, and the return must be made no later than 14 days after that.
Notification must be sent by email to info@fragrants.eu.
Your message must clearly state that you wish to use your right of return.

If we receive a returned item with broken packaging/seal or signs of use, we reserve the right to charge for both the return shipment (if applicable) to us and a new shipment to the customer if they wish the item returned.

If we don’t receive a response or payment for these costs within 14 days of notification, the right to receive the item back lapses, and Fragrants reserves the right to retain the item.

You cannot return an item by simply refusing to accept the package without also clearly notifying us.

Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

The following item types are not covered by the right of return:

Custom-made items or goods with a clearly personal touch.
Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if the seal has been broken.
Goods that by nature are inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
Items where the seal has been broken.
Services that have already begun with the consumer’s explicit consent and understanding that the return right ends once the service is completed.
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, if execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent.
Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals (except for subscriptions).
Agreements made at public auctions.
Perishable or quickly expiring goods.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your return, or within 30 days of receiving the item initially.
You are responsible for the direct return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with Fragrants.
When returning an item, make sure it is properly packaged.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation. The process will be faster if you also fill out and include our Return Form.
You bear the risk for the item from the moment it is delivered to you until we have received it back.
We do not accept parcels sent COD (cash on delivery).

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are liable for any depreciation in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the item has been tested or the packaging seal has been broken, it will be considered used.
This means that if you cancel the purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or none at all, depending on the product’s market value at the time of return.
To receive a full refund, the item must not be tested or unsealed.

Refunds

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you paid.
In the case of depreciation for which you are liable, that amount will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations can not be exercised if the shipping has already been booked by us.
If the right of return is exercised, we will refund all payments received for the product, including delivery charges (except any extra costs incurred by choosing a delivery method other than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we received notice of your decision. We will not cover the return charge.
