Shipping policy

Delivery

We ship to most countries and regions within the EU. Items will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout or to a nearby pickup point depending on the selected delivery option.
Your items will be sent and should be delivered via Post Nord, unless the package must be handed over to a different shipping company to complete the delivery.
Note: If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package will be sent to a nearby pickup location as assessed by the courier. If the initial location is full, it will be forwarded to an alternative location, which you will be informed about. If issues arise, please contact the courier’s customer service.
Deliveries are made on weekdays. Your order will be delivered within 1–14 business days after placing the order.
Certain items may have special delivery terms, which will be clearly stated prior to purchase.
